The project is developed to be 4-star (luxury) resort, manage by Accor under the well-known brand Novotel. The building consists of a main building with two wings, each of which is a three storey building with basement, and one-story villa buildings running along the beach. Total number of rooms is 226.

The landscape and architecture of the resort are divided into 3 distinct levels step down to the beach that create panoramic view toward the sea. With modern and contemporary design reflected the bold cultural Vietnam features, combined with stunning landscape blending with blue sky, the resort is absolutely suitable and comparable with other famous one in the Asia-Pacific region.
