The project is located in one of most valuable land in center of District 1, which consists renovation and extension to meet the working space requirement of Sanofi-Aventis Vietnam.

The renovation facing to Ham Nghi street is existing building was built from French colonial era with its architectural language. The façade window is proposed to be enlarge for natural light and also making the building looks more contemporary. The decorative element that identified the architectural language are still preserved after renovation.

The extension is built in the back, modern style, with consideration of harmony with the existing building as well as toward environmentally friendly solution. Office space with plenty of natural light connected to the natural staircase, coffee corner to bring some refreshment and inspiration for staffs.
