The project is located inside Waterpoint development in Long An of Nam Long Group. The main function of the building is a bus station with accompanying utilities to serve four types of customers, including guest of bus service guests, residents of the Waterpoint, management staff of corporations, and design consultants and contractors.

The highlight of the project is a linear axis open aisle to connect many spaces, various indoor and outdoor functions and activities together.
