Everich 3 is high class residential development project located on the south of Saigon. Rising on the total land 12.2 hectare, total footprint is 586.000m2 is the complex consisting of GFA: 60,000m2 of villa Housing, 500,000m2 of Residential condominium (2,380 units) with educational, recreation, medical, retail facilities and green area (paving, water and trees). Population is anticipated around 10.000 (corresponding with 2.782 apartment units and 89 semi-detached villa and town house. 9 towers combine alternately with “the egg” facility building to create best direction (sun and wind), good clearance view. The main road of project with green central reservation separate high building, high population density with villa. Along the river, a very valuable area of the land is saving for all the public relaxed activities and pedestrians.
