Located in the prime location of Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Pearl Phase 3 follows the first two phases that have been implemented, completed and put into use. The project consists of 17 commercial townhouses with 8 floors and 36 villas.

The townhouse with great commercial value with is located at the main entrance of Saigon Pearl and is designed with architectural language that is harmonious with the previous stage and ensures the elegance, luxurious to the gateway for the whole project. The villas are planned to be separated from the main road leading to quiet. In addition, comprehensive and innovative solutions for circulation, drop-off, walking space, void overlooking to open swimming pool in the basement, ... create a concise and inspiration for the operation of the project and the activities of the people.
