On the land with total area of 4,932.8m2, the mixed-use development comprises office 5 floors at podium and residential tower of 28 floors with a total height of 128m.

The façade of the building is designed in mix of modern and traditional language, combined with consideration of a climate-efficient solution. With concrete frame system being both structure and decorative, a façade designed as modules with loggia provides significant sunshade solutions for tropical climate.
