Scope: Concept Design

Located in the spontaneous development area of District 8, HCMC, the project actually has many potential advantages with a promising change in appearance in the future. In the middle of two canals, Doi Canal and Ba Tang Canal, the location is very convenient in terms of the waterscape, good climate with natural ventilation and open view.

The concept is a simple dramatic statement created by a strong linear axis connecting the individual building and extending into the surrounding urban spaces. A green lane that links the development to the open space corridor creating a safety pedestrian laneway that connect Dol Canal at the west with commercial/transport hub activities and Ba Tang Canal at the East with future riverside park and recreation space.
